How do my rewards work?
You’ll earn rewards automatically every time you use your Fetch Card. You’ll get:
- 10 points per dollar spent on retail and grocery purchases– including clothing and department stores, online marketplaces, drugstores, big box retailers, warehouse clubs and more.
- 5 points per dollar on all other purchases
You can view your Fetch Card rewards right in the Fetch app. Your total points balance appears in the Card Management section, along with a detailed view of recent purchases and the points earned from each.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Points can be redeemed for gift cards, charitable donations, and Fetch merchandise through the Fetch app.
Why are my rewards pending?
Pending points typically show up as soon as you make a purchase, and are fully granted once the purchase settles (typically 1-3 business days).
